![]() The Active Protein Array (APA) platforms are unique protein arrays designed for the multiplex detection and interaction assessment of multiple human activated regulatory whole proteins with DNA, RNA, and/or ligands of interest. This unprecedented format sets a new standard in high throughput protein analysis. The Active Protein Array platform consist of three main array templates: 36 Activated Transcription factors, Kit contains 2 arrays and reagents. Platform for Protein-Protein, Protein-DNA, and Protein-Ligand Interactions ![]() Sample Processing The Active Protein Array system is fast and easy. Each array consists of active, highly purified proteins spotted in triplicate on a special nitrocellulose membrane. A protein, DNA, or ligand of interest is used as a probe to search for interactions with the immobilized proteins. These interactions are assessed either by tagging the probe with a small molecule or radioactivity, or by using an antibody to the probe. Currently the signals are easily visualized by radioactive detection. Benefits Active Protein Array
